Hotline còn được in ở mặt lưng áo staff giúp bạn có thể dễ dàng tìm thấy.
Lưu ý chỉ liên hệ số này trong ngày diễn ra sự kiện.

QUY ĐỊNH CHO NGƯỜI THAM GIA SỰ KIỆN
- 1. Yêu cầu tất cả mọi người tham gia thể hiện sự văn minh, lịch sự trong giao tiếp, ứng xử và trang phục tham dự.
- 2. Cấm tất cả các hình thức kinh doanh, giao dịch trực tiếp tại sự kiện mà không có sự cho phép của BTC.
- 3. Cấm tất cả các hình thức tụ tập gây mất an ninh trật tự.
- 4. Cấm tất cả các hình thức quấy rối, xâm phạm quyền riêng tư cá nhân.
- 5. Bỏ rác đúng nơi quy định.
- 6. Cấm tất cả các hình thức gây ảnh hưởng xấu hay phá hoại cơ sở vật chất của sự kiện và địa điểm.
- 7. Cấm lưu trữ và sử dụng các chất kích thích (rượu, bia, vape, thuốc lá các loại,…) trong khuôn viên tổ chức sự kiện.
- 8. Cấm các vật dụng sắc nhọn, s.ú.n.g tự chế, phụ kiện mô phỏng s.ú.n.g thật, chất tạo khói hay chất gây cháy nổ.
- 9. Cấm mang động vật và thú cưng vào khuôn viên sự kiện.
- 10. Không thực hiện các pose hình, tạo tư thế, biểu cảm phản cảm, có hành động không đúng mực với pháp luật & thuần phong mỹ tục Việt Nam.
- 11. Cấm mặc các trang phục thuộc công an, quân đội Việt Nam; trang phục mô phỏng lại trang phục công an, quân đội có khả năng làm ảnh hưởng đến trật tự chung của sự kiện.
- 12. Cấm mặc trang phục hở hang, nhạy cảm ảnh hưởng đến văn hoá, thuần phong mỹ tục hoặc liên quan đến tôn giáo, chính trị của các quốc gia.
- 13. Cấm chụp hình/quay phim không có sự cho phép của chủ thể hoặc các khu vực cấm quay chụp do BTC quy định. BTC có toàn quyền kiểm tra hình ảnh/video trong thiết bị khi nhận báo cáo vi phạm.
- 14. Không được bày phụ kiện cồng kềnh (đèn, phông nền, tripod..) gây cản trở lối đi và ảnh hưởng đến mọi người xung quanh.
- 15. Hạn chế mang phụ kiện cồng kềnh, vật dụng quá khổ vào khu vực các gian hàng. BTC có quyền từ chối việc tham gia hoặc tịch thu phụ kiện nếu người sở hữu có hành vi gây cản trở lưu thông, lấn chiếm khu vực gian hàng, khu vực chung trong khuôn viên sự kiện.
- 16. BTC có quyền từ chối việc tham gia sự kiện của bất kỳ cá nhân nào không tuân thủ quy định hoặc gây ảnh hưởng đến trật tự, hình ảnh của sự kiện.
- 17. Trong mọi trường hợp xảy ra sự cố, xung đột, tranh chấp… tại sự kiện, quyết định của BTC là quyết định cuối cùng.

RULES FOR ATTENDEES
- 1. All participants are required to demonstrate civility, politeness, and respect in communication, behavior, and attire throughout the event.
- 2. All forms of business activities or direct transactions at the event without prior approval from the Organizer are strictly prohibited.
- 3. All forms of gatherings or assemblies that cause public disorder or disrupt security are strictly prohibited.
- 4. All forms of harassment or invasion of personal privacy are strictly prohibited.
- 5. Dispose of trash only in designated areas.
- 6. All actions that negatively affect or damage the event’s property or venue facilities are strictly prohibited.
- 7. The possession or use of stimulants (including alcohol, beer, vapes, cigarettes of all types, etc.) within the event premises is strictly prohibited.
- 8. Sharp objects, homemade weapons, accessories imitating real firearms, smoke-generating substances, or explosive/flammable materials are strictly prohibited.
- 9. Bringing animals or pets into the event premises is strictly prohibited.
- 10. Do not perform poses, gestures, or facial expressions that are offensive, inappropriate, or contrary to Vietnamese law and cultural ethics.
- 11. It is strictly prohibited to wear the uniforms of the Vietnamese police or military, or to wear costumes imitating such uniforms that could disrupt public order at the event.
- 12. Wearing revealing or sensitive clothing that violates cultural norms, public decency, or relates to religion or politics of any country is strictly prohibited.
- 13. Taking photos or recording videos without the consent of the subject or in areas designated as restricted by Color Fiesta is strictly prohibited. We reserve the full right to inspect images or videos stored on devices when a violation is reported.
- 14. Do not display bulky props or accessories (such as lights, backdrops, tripods, etc.) that obstruct pathways or inconvenience others.
- 15. Avoid bringing bulky or oversized items into the booth areas. We reserve the right to deny participation or confiscate props if the owner obstructs traffic flow, encroaches on booth spaces, or occupies shared areas within the event venue.
- 16. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who fails to comply with the regulations or causes disruption or harm to the event’s order or reputation.
- 17. In any case of incident, conflict, or dispute occurring at the event, the decision of the Organizer shall be final.
